How Konverter handles your files and data. Last updated 9 October 2026.
Konverter (konverterapp.com) is the service described here and is responsible for your data. For anything about privacy, write to hello@konverterapp.com.
These tools send the file (or text) for that run to the provider listed, which processes it and returns the result. Nothing else about you is sent. Each provider handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your card and billing details go to Lemon Squeezy, not to us. We receive your plan, the order status and the email address used for the purchase.
Sign-in emails (confirmations and password resets) are sent through Supabase. Currency rate alerts you set up are sent through Resend, and every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We don't send marketing emails.
If you report a problem, we store your description, the tool and page, your browser's user agent and any attachments you add (up to 5 MB each), linked to your account. Reports are stored privately and used only to fix the issue. Ask us at hello@konverterapp.com to delete a report.
Besides the partners above, we rely on: Cloudflare (website hosting, conversion logs, file history storage, bot protection), Fly.io (conversion servers in Paris), Supabase (accounts and database), Lemon Squeezy (payments) and Resend (alert emails). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under their own safeguards.
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@konverterapp.com. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. If a change matters for how your files or data are used, we'll also say so on the site.
